The quality policy of ebalta UK is to assure the quality of the products and services supplied to our customers and to ensure that quality requirements are determined and satisfied throughout all phases of the sales and technical support processes. The control of quality in our company is vested in every employee who collectively supports the aim of the company to supply 'right first time' products to agreed schedules.
LRQA awarded the internationally recognised quality management system standard ISO 9001:2008 to ebalta UK in March 2009.
Corporate Social Responsibility
The environmental policy of ebalta is to take responsibility for the conservation and protection of the environment today and in the future. Through improvement of existing production processes we actively reduce the consumption of resources, emissions and waste and through regular training increase the environmental awareness of our employees.
LGA awarded the environmental management system standard DIN EN ISO 14001:2005 to ebalta in October 2008.
REACH
REACH, the registration, evaluation and authorization of chemicals, introduced in June 2007, ensures the safe use of chemicals in line with health and safety and environmental legislation. At ebalta we work with our suppliers to ensure preregistration of all substances used in our formulations to make certain we are REACH compliant and to enable ebalta to inform our customers immediately of any changes required to our product range.
