New RP Materials Launched at TCT 2008
ebalta is a market leader in the field of model and tool making having specialised in the manufacture and supply of tooling materials since 1974. At TCT 2008 ebalta UK will be showing a range of leading materials and innovative solutions for the Rapid Prototyping industry, which are new to the UK market.
ebalta's new materials include RIM polyurethane MG 453 - a high heat resistance material with excellent flow properties and MG 425 - a polypropylene-like material with good impact resistance, specially formulated for automotive bumpers.
Also being introduced are three new vacuum casting materials; MG 850 - a low viscosity, transparent material with a fast demould time, MG 703 - a high impact material with good flexural strength and superior surface finish ideal for interior automotive parts and MG 804 - an easy to use material available in a standard or long pot life version for large parts.
In addition to this, ebalta will be presenting a range of high performance board materials including EP678 and TB650 - the low CTE, high temperature resistant, industry standard epoxy board for composite moulds and patterns.
