		Interior Door Panel Made of MG 454 Lightweight RIM Material

One year on since the launch of the company at TCT last year, ebalta UK has continued to grow, supported by the introduction of a range of innovative and customer focused solutions for the rapid prototyping, design and tooling industries.

At TCT 2009, key new products being showcased include:

• An innovative glass fibre filled RIM material MG 454, for the production of functional, lightweight interior panels and skins for the automotive industry and prototype parts for electronic enclosures.
• SR 4 Silicones, a high performance, low viscosity, translucent silicone range for the rapid prototyping market and SR 2 Silicones, a range of blue, high strength materials for general mould making applications.
• A sprayable, fast-curing, flame retardant polyurethane MG 330 FR for the production of facade panels, scenery or figures for the film set, leisure and theatre industries.
• Cast-to-size blocks, joint-less and custom made to individual tool dimensions; ebablock 105 has a high temperature resistance for vacuum and thermoforming applications and ebablock EP 138, the first epoxy cast-to-size material on the market, is suitable for the manufacture of prepreg tools for autoclave applications.
• New board materials including ebaboard 105, an alternative economical solution for vacuum and thermo forming, and ebaboard 140, a high abrasion resistance material for foundry patterns and core boxes.
