ebalta UK Strengthen Internal Team

New Appointment in Customer Support

ebalta UK is pleased to announce the appointment of Vanessa Sharpe to their growing team, from January 2011.

Vanessa has been appointed as the new Sales Office Assistant and will take on two key responsibilities; providing internal Customer Service for any customer enquiries or orders as well as supporting the daily Supply Chain and Operations functions within the company.

The addition of Vanessa to the team is to ensure the company's high level of service and support standards are continually provided in all customer facing and internal areas of the business. The addition of Vanessa to the ebalta UK team has been undertaken as part of a 2-year Apprenticeship placement, through Training Services 2000 who manage the training of young people. The Apprenticeship position combines office based experience working in a business environment, with obtaining an NVQII qualification in Business & Administration.
